I specialize in working with busy women who are overwhelmed, stressed and feeling disconnected from themselves. As the mother of two young children, I too found myself on a constant treadmill chasing an endless to-do list leading to nowhere. Over time I began to experience increased stress, fatigue and an overall sense of disconnection both to myself as well as others.
Through the practice of yoga, I was able to listen to my body beyond just the physical experience of exercise. The mindfulness of the movement and the breath in yoga helped me become more aware and connected to myself. By developing a greater understanding of the power of healthy eating, I was able to transform my relationship with food to one that is positive, welcoming and nourishing. Consequently, I now have greater energy, joy and sense of clarity of how to move forward in my life.
I now share my passion for yoga, food and life with others both on and off the mat through group classes, private instruction and workshops. I help others begin to reconnect, listen to and make positive choices for their unique and constantly evolving bodies. Let me help you on this same exciting journey to feel calmer, more focused and energetic with an overall sense of greater happiness.
