What is health coaching?
The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I completed my training, defines a health coach as "a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates clients to make positive health choices. " Health coaching supports others to explore the various ways we feed ourselves from food to lifestyle. Health coaches help to navigate through the overwhelming amount of of health and wellness information to identify what works best for your specific needs from weight loss, fatigue, illness or to just feel better.
