​This smoothie has all the spring cleaning goodness for the body with spinach, mint and avocado.  It will give you an extra spring to your step in the morning or afternoon when you need a pick me up.

  Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies with Sea Salt
 
This is my favorite go to snack to make for my kids.  I will often walk out of the kitchen to  find half the  pan eaten but I don't get upset because they are full of such good stuff.  In  the beginning I would hide the recipe so they would not see the ingredients but now they  love them so much they don't care.  I  love how easy they are to make because you throw  everything into the food processor at  once.  People have been requesting this recipe for  months so here it is!
