The intent of this virtual wellness studio is to provide personal and group programs, workshops and classes combining yoga, nutrition and lifestyle for optimal long-term health + wellbeing.  

Each body is unique, so that no single diet or theory has all the answers.  Programs are designed to help you discover simple and practical ways eat and live according to your needs, preferences and lives for vibrant, sustainable health.  Together we will create easy steps to:

  • ​Create positive wellness habits to move, eat and live well EVERY day
  • Discover delicious,  nutrient dense foods and how to incorporate them into daily meals with little effort
  • Sleep better and increase energy
  • Understand and reduce food cravings
  • Feel more connected to and better in your body

Hi! I'm Daniela.

I am a matchmaker of healthy practices because there is no one size fits all in wellness.

I began teaching yoga over 10 years ago because I wanted to share the relaxed, rejuvenated and happy feeling I experienced after class.

Over time I became interested in how to support my health and well-being beyond the yoga mat.

After studying culinary and functional nutrition, I now work with others integrating yoga, nutrition and lifestyle for sustainable optimal health throughout the aging process.
